NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a WORKSHOP of the Commissioners Court will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion relating to the following business will be transacted:
 
             
1.   Roll Call
 
2.   Presentation of a report by Gary Looney, Alamo Ins. Hidalgo County's Group Health Plan Consultant on the procurement packet drafted in collaboration with Benefits Dept. and DBM including but limited to discussing any additional input [ through Q & A] by CC on  any changes, inclusion/exclusions, deletions, modifications to the RFP components [benefits plan specifics, agents or no agents, prescription benefits plan, etc.] for the purpose of finalizing the Request for Proposal procurement packet content [after approval as to legal form] and authority to advertise the project and releasing the packet after first publication to interested parties.
