C. 69407   Approval and authority of County Judge to execute on behalf of the County of Hidalgo those two certain FM 494 right of way deeds to the State of Texas, acting by and through the Texas Transportation Commission, the property being conveyed by such deeds being Parcels 13 and 14 as more particularly described in such deeds.
 
D. 69426   1. Requesting approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (ICA) between Hidalgo County and City of La Joya, to assist one another in multiple projects.
