C. 65996   “Subject to Compliance with HB 1295, when and if applicable.” The Urban County Program is requesting authorization to enter into a 60-month capital lease agreement with Pitney Bowes, a buyboard awarded vendor through contract 496-15, for a SendPro C200 postage meter in the amount of $59.56/month. The monthly payment will be billed quarterly at $178.68. Lease includes all required hardware and software for the meter.
