Ratification of activation [recommended by Emergency Mgmt. & the filing of Form 213] of Hidalgo County's Contracts: 1. #E-17-267-11-14 with Asbritt, Inc., pre-positioned Emergency Debris Management Services to assist in flood waters extraction in Pct. #1 [minimum of 12 trucks on Sunday, June 25, 2018] including any signatures necessary by County Judge and processing of Requisitions/Purchase Orders; and, 2. #E-16-247-01-24 with Tetra Tech, Inc., pre-positioned Debris Monitoring & Recovery Services to assist in the required monitoring of water extraction and related services including signatures necessary by County Judge to sign with submission of Requisitions and processing of Purchase Orders ; B.
