Urban County Program is requesting approval to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Hidalgo and the General Land Office to address access to and handling of data physically or electronically acquired by GLO, directly or indirectly from FEMA, SBA & NFIP and/or other federal sources to the County of Hidalgo in the implementation of GLO's CDBG Disaster Recovery Program.
2. Requesting approval for County Judge to e-sign the Memorandum of Understanding and related documents.
 
B. 56356   1. Subject to Compliance with HB 1295, when and if Applicable, the Urban County Program on behalf of the City of La Joya is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for professional engineering services with Hinojosa Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $60,070.00 utilizing CDBG FY 26 (2013) La Joya Street Improvement funds.
2. Requesting approval of Work Authorization No. 1- La Joya 2014 Street Improvements in the amount of $60,070.00.
